Mastercard announced Agent Suite on January 27, 2026. The suite provides customizable AI agents and services to help enterprises add agentic AI into operations. Mastercard pairs technical tools with support from its 4,000 global advisors, leveraging payments expertise, data insights, and proprietary platforms. Key features include end-to-end tools to build, test, and deploy fit-for-purpose agents with privacy, responsible AI, and security by design. Targeted use cases include intelligent product discovery for banks—recommending tailored financial products such as travel cards—and conversational shopping for merchants, with configurable rules for inventory, promotions, and brand voice. Agent Suite integrates with Mastercard Agent Pay for trusted transactions and the Developers Agent Toolkit to simplify development. The offering will be available starting in Q2 2026 and includes advisory workshops like Spark sessions to map strategic roadmaps.
